The rent-a-car Azorina from now on called "hirer", hereby rents to the client undersigned on the reverse side of this page, in the specific terms and conditions under which acknowledges and agrees:
Article 1º - MINIMUM PERIOD RENT: 1 day (24 hours), with any fraction considered as such.
Article 2º - CREDIT CARDS: The client must be in possession credit card, recognized by rent-a-car Azorina .
Article 3º - RENTAL CONDITIONS: The rental price; the deposit and the franchise is determined by the scale in force and payable in advance. Should the client want to keep the vehicle for longer the time stated in the contract shall notify the hirer and send the additional amount with 24 hours in advance otherwise be exposed to judicial persecution by vehicle deviation or abuse of trust.
Article 4º - That the client returns the said vehicle with all tires; tools; Documents; Accessories and equipment, acknowledging having received in perfect condition and shall support the expense of all the fuel consumed during the rental.
Article 5º - That said vehicle will not be used for:
A) To transport goods in violation of customs regulations orothers otherwise illegal
B) To transport passengers or goods in exchange for remuneration or any implicit or explicit compensation.
C) To push or pull any vehicle or trailer.
D) For sporting events.
E) Any person who is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
Article 6º - That the client recognizes its responsibility to pay the hirer and whem asked:
A) The amount corresponding to the kilometers traveled and according to the specified rate.
B) The amounts for the usage time of collision damage waiver (CDW); franchise reduction or exemption (SCDW) when it acquired together with (CDW) and any other specified.
C) All fines; court costs and penalties for traffic offenses during the rental period.
D The cost of standstill and repairing the damage caused by shock; collision; Rollover or minor damage and does not exceed the maximum vehicle’s value. This liability will be reduced to pay a franchise if the client hás hired the payment of the fee will dispense collision amage waiver (CDW).
Article 7º - The client participates as an insured’s insurance policy, a copy of which may be examined at the lessor’s office. This policy covers third party liability. The customer is subject to these terms and conditions and agree with them. The same policy covers the client in case of death or injury suffered by any person who is inside the vehicle as well as travel assistance.
Article 8º - The client agrees to protect the interests of the hirer and the hire’s insurance company in case of accident as follows:
A) Getting the names and addresses of people involved and witnesses.
B) Do not abandoned the vehicle without taking the necessary steps to protect and safeguard.
C) Phoning hirer giving a detailed report.
D) Immediately cautioned the police if the guilt of the other party must be found or there are injuries.
Article 9º - That the client absolves the hirer from any liability for loss or damage of all objects left; Stored or transported in the vehicle.
Article 10º - The client agrees that this document is made according to the laws of the country in which it is signed and that both parties agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the court of the city of Praia da Vitória.
All vehicles with unlimited km's.
Extra fee of € 60.00 per day for car rental from rent-a-car companies.
